Claim:

As an aid in the prevention of deaths from Coccidiosis in replacement chickens intended as caged layers, and as an aid in the prevention of deaths from coccidiosis in broiler chickens.

Feeding Instructions:

For replacement layers: Feed 21% Poultry Starter (medicated) as the sole ration from hatching to 42 days of age, and then switch to 16% Poultry Grower.

For broilers: Feed 21% Poultry Starter (medicated) as the sole ration from hatching to 28 days of age, and then switch to 16% Poultry Grower.

Warning: Do not feed to laying birds in production.

Caution:

• Directions for use must be carefully followed.
• Do not use Amprolium medicated feed as treatment for outbreaks of Coccidiosis.
• If unexpected deaths occur, obtain an accurate diagnosis and follow a veterinarian's or poultry pathologist's recommendations.
